Looking for a role with an organsation that are on a growth journey ?Henderson Scott are working with a commercial organisation based in East Sussex with a charitable arm and who are looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership for financial strategy as the organistation embarks on an ambitious period of growth. As Head of Finance you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team on financial strategy where you provide financial insight to support commercial decision making and drive new commercial ventures. Initially the Head of Finance will have a small team that will be responsible for all aspect of operational finance and have ownership of implementing robust reporting, processes and procedures throughout the department. This role is pivotal to building the long term sustainability of the organisation.Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate recent experience of working in a similar commercial role, ideally within a SME business. Applicants will need to hold an accounting qualification, be able to business partner, add value through commercial financial insight and enjoy a challenge. This is an onsite role with flexibility.
