  • As Head of Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization, driving innovation and operational excellence across multiple teams. You will oversee backend and frontend development, guide technical strategy, and align execution with broader business objectives. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, visionary leadership, and strategic management to build scalable systems and world-class teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Tech leaders to shape an AI-first engineering culture that fosters creativity, quality, and long-term growth.
  • Accountabilities
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams of 30+ engineers, including managers and senior technical leaders.
  • Define and execute a clear engineering strategy aligned with company goals and product roadmaps.
  • Champion an AI-first mindset, embedding automation and machine learning across platforms and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop long-term technical vision and architectural roadmaps.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and reliability at scale.
  • Drive process optimization, scaling strategies, and organizational design to support rapid growth.
  • Oversee team resourcing, budgeting, and performance management across all engineering domains.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing engineering organizations of 30+ people across diverse domains.
  • Deep technical expertise in modern software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong track record of integrating AI or machine learning into platforms and engineering workflows.
  • Experienced in scaling teams, improving delivery processes, and aligning technical execution with strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and quality assurance practices.
  • Background in AdTech or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
