The company is already well ahead of the curve, building new products at the intersection of search intelligence and LLM-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Engineering is genuinely modern AI is embedded into both product and development workflows, with around 70% of code generated using AI and teams actively experimenting with advanced approaches. The work is almost entirely greenfield, with new teams, products and systems being built from scratch, creating a fast-moving, startup-style environment that suits leaders energised by pace, change and unconventional problem-solving rather than legacy ways of working.
