You will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing energy engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of decarbonisation initiatives while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role, contributing to nationally significant decarbonisation projects while working for an organisation that champions professional development, innovation, and sustainability.The Role: Lead Investment Grade Audits (IGAs), Proposals (IGPs), and Heat Decarbonisation Plans (HDP)Oversee funding applications, including Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS)Manage and develop energy engineering teams through all project phasesSupervise energy audits, feasibility studies, and carbon savings calculationsCoordinat
