• +7 years sales experience
• The knowledge and experience selling into the hospitality industry is desirable
• Proven team leadership experience is essential.
• Driven new business hunter mentality
• KPI / data driven leadership style
• Possess a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Expert in HubSpot CRM and possess strong numerical skills
• Entrepreneurial with a 'business owner' mindset

• Coach, train, support and develop a high performing 360 sales team
• Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls and visits.
• Track key performance indicators, mentor your team, and develop accurate forecasts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain client confidence
