• Visa is evolving its delivery capabilities to support the development and scaling of data, analytics, and AI-powered products aligned to Visas FY2030 vision. We are seeking a Head of Agile Product Delivery (Senior Director) to establish, embed, and scale Agile product delivery capabilities across Data Science and Global Data Products.
• This role will build Agile delivery foundations from the ground up, shaping ways of working, strengthening delivery discipline, and ensuring that product development is executed with clarity, consistency, and commercial focus. The role partners closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Consulting, and Global teams to ensure delivery execution supports speed-to-market, client value, and enterprise standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the Agile product delivery operating model for Data Science and Global Data Products, aligned with Visas governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Build Agile delivery foundations from the ground up, including delivery roles, responsibilities, ceremonies, and ways of working that are fit for purpose in an enterprise environment.
• Develop delivery capability across teams and leaders, providing training, coaching, and guidance to strengthen Agile and product-led delivery practices.
• Embed a strong product and commercial mindset into delivery execution, ensuring prioritisation is driven by client value, outcomes, and strategic impact.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered predictably, transparently, and in alignment with business priorities.
• Define and operate delivery governance, metrics, and reporting, providing senior leadership with clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and value delivery.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Consulting, and Strategy teams to align delivery roadmaps with demand, capacity, and strategic objectives.
• Balance Agile ways of working with enterprise requirements, ensuring delivery approaches remain compliant with Visas regulatory, risk, and control standards.
• Continuously improve delivery effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks, improving flow, and strengthening execution discipline across teams.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, role-modelling modern delivery leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing Agile delivery leadership capability, including Data Engineers and Product Delivery roles.
• This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
• Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in delivery leadership roles (e.g. Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery, Product Delivery, or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience establishing Agile delivery capabilities and evolving ways of working in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and how delivery supports commercial and client outcomes.
• Experience operating across Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models, applying the right approach for the context.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, technology, or AI-enabled products.
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to align delivery priorities to business value.
• Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
