We are seeking an experienced Head, Education Services. This position will be responsible for translating support needs into operational services and activities, providing expert strategic advice, optimising service delivery, and championing compliance. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective education support delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration. Your key responsibilities will be to: oversee the management of education support services, ensuring education and teaching objectives are met monitor education support operations, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and promote collaboration to optimise service delivery identify strategic education support needs, implement improvements to address challenges, and contribute to the development, review, and reform of academic programs. champion compliance, ensuring reporting, legislative and accreditation requirements are met. manage the performance and development of technical staff, including conducting performance reviews, facilitating professional development, and overseeing career management. About you possess postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or have equivalent training or professional experience has a strong track record of achievement in a comparable position overseeing education support services, ensuring the achievement of education and teaching objectives possessing expertise in staff supervision, training, mentoring, and performance management strong understanding of the policy development process, governance arrangements and administrative decision-making in a University or other tertiary education sector context excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
