Head Chef required for this village pub located in a village close to Hitchin, North Hertfordshire serving tasty pub food

The owners are looking for a Head Chef who can run his own kitchen, create and develop a popular menu of seasonal pub classics from all fresh ingredients

Typically serving 20 – 30 covers per service the numbers are very manageable and due to its location there is plenty of scope to make it more of a destination food pub and increase the numbers

This would suit a Sous Chef looking for their first head chef position or a Head Chef that’s looking to run a smaller property.

Live in is available onsite if required above the pub, alternatively applicants will need to live in the Hitchen, Letchworth Barton-le-Clay, Clophill or possibly Luton area
