We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us at Bracknell. Location: RG12 8FZ Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm - 40 hours per week Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersIdentifying opportunities to improve our food serviceCreating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supportedDelivering our tasty food concepts to our customersRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageOrdering food, looking after stock control and controlling food wasteOverseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standardsManaging budgets and successfully meeting financial targetsComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulations Our Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone with a strong chef/cooking background who’s confident and running a kitchen efficiently What's in it for you?
