The hotel has a 70 cover restaurant along with 20 bedrooms so you'll not be over worked and have full support from the management. What's involved? Work in a hands-on capacity within the kitchen. Take full responsibility for all kitchen staff, food production, preparation, quality control, costings, purchasing, inventory, GP, recipes for the hotel, weddings and events.
