This role is for someone who cares about consistency, presentation, and delivering a professional customer experience — every time.

Your Role

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to professional barista standards
• Dial in grinders and maintain consistency throughout service
• Ensure excellent presentation of every drink
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service areas
• Assist with daily café operations and opening/closing duties
• Support and work closely with the wider team

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy café
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Passion for coffee and hospitality
