This is a key technical leadership role, responsible for ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery in line with client SLAs, statutory requirements and company standards. You will act as the technical lead on the contracts, advising the Contract Manager on compliance, performance and risk, while working closely with the client to support effective project delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture, ensuring full compliance across teams and subcontractorsManage the delivery and quality of hard services in line with SLAs, ISO standards and company proceduresTake ownership of hard services budgets, ensuring cost control and value for moneyDeputise for the Contract Manager when requiredEnsure Compass/PPP-IML policies, procedures and controlled documents are implemented effectivelyLead, engage and develo
