- Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro rata)
- Permanent, part time (21 hpw) - on an 8-week rolling rota.

- What you’ll do
- Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery
- You’re an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them

- You have
- Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group
- Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group
- Qualifications- Level 3 in Health and social care.
- Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.
- Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating and providing praise and feedback.

- The practical bits
- Work pattern to be discussed as working alongside another colleague as part of split role
- Able to use technology including Outlook, Word, Excel and internet browse
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
