Key Responsibilities

Provide professional braiding services, including box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, feed-in braids, tribal braids, twists, loc styling, and other protective styles

Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation

Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Assist with general salon duties when needed (optional depending on your salon)

Requirements

Proven experience in braiding and natural hair styling

Ability to complete a wide range of braiding styles efficiently and neatly

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
