We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide accurate information about salon services, products, and pricing
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Manage inventory of salon supplies and retail products
- Coordinate with stylists to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling
- Assist with salon marketing efforts, including social media posts and promotions

`Requirements`
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of salon services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using salon management software or similar programs
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends

Marketing experience preferred.
