You’ll combine premium hospitality with an energetic, fun atmosphere, representing the excitement and precision of Formula 1 in everything you do.Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, enthusiastic welcome to every guest on arrival, ensuring an exceptional first impression.- Manage guest check-ins, bookings, and seating efficiently through the venue’s reservation systems.- Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries, feedback and support throughout their visit.- Liaise closely with operations, events, bar and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.- Anticipate guest needs, proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience, and take ownership of any service recovery with confidence and empathy.- Support VIP and corporate event guests, ensuring premium service standards and smooth coordination.- Promote and upsell venue experiences, group bookings and packages where appro
