  • Your key responsibilities
  • Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will

  • Support the guest relations team to create and deliver exceptional and personalised service to our guests experience from pre-arrival to post departure
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by managing VIP arrivals, resolving concerns with professionalism and coordinate with all department to enhance our discerned guests
  • Follow up on the guest feedback and to continuously make recommendations to improve the guest experience
  • Be forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead
  • Have an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry
  • Be able to work flexible shifts including weekends
