We are a UK-based business launching AI-powered services and are looking for a Virtual Assistant focused solely on Advertising & Lead Generation. Your mission is simple: bring in warm-to-hot leads quickly so we can scale fast. This is not a generic admin VA role — we’re looking for someone who knows how to make ads convert and clients respond. What You’ll Be Doing • Running and optimising small ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). • Researching and identifying businesses/individuals who are strong prospects. • Sending outreach emails & DMs (we’ll provide templates, you can refine). • Tracking and reporting daily leads via Trello. • Delivering qualified leads who are ready for follow-up. Skills You Must Have • Proven experience in lead generation & advertising campaigns. • Strong English communication (writing outreach messages, handling responses). • Knowledge of social media marketing (FB/IG/LinkedIn). • Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and report clearly.
