Role Overview: We’re looking for a Growth Lead, a strategic operator who can think holistically about scaling Trend Hijacking across marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition. This is not just a marketing role, it’s a growth orchestration role. You’ll own the performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and continuously find leverage points to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across channels (LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, lead funnels, and partnerships). - Oversee and optimize our client acquisition funnels, from ad clicks to booked calls. - Experiment with lead generation approaches (paid + organic) to attract qualified investors and business buyers. - Coordinate with content, sales, and operations teams to align messaging and conversion goals. - Identify bottlenecks and design data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and retention. - Analyze key metrics weekly to track performance and identify actionable insights. - Proactively suggest new marketing or operational improvements to drive predictable growth. Who You Are: -A strategic problem-solver who loves identifying opportunities for optimization. -Experienced in growth marketing, business strategy, or revenue operations. -Data-driven, creative, and highly organized. -Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and managing moving parts. -Experienced with digital businesses, investment firms, or M&A environments (bonus).
