Perigon is a certified B Corp consulting firm that develops strategic plans for mid-to-large businesses. Our work centres on long-term impact and adaptability to keep our clients relevant in a fast-changing world. Our work spans strategy development, scenario planning, capability mapping, and building the conditions for better long-term decisions. We also bring particular depth in sustainability and in the practical use of AI which are both now essential parts of the strategic toolkit. Clients usually come to us when something’s shifting or getting stuck: new ownership (we work with many mid-tier GPs), new growth phase, unclear priorities, stretched teams, board pressures, regulation pile-up, or the creeping sense that the competition is moving faster. Sometimes, they just want a thinking partner with a different way looking at our changing world. We work on: - Evidenced-based assessments of what (really) matters most - Building strategic muscles across leadership teams - Non-linear strategic planning that explores long-term forces and plausible futures - Strategy frameworks that inspire confidence and action (and don't sit gathering dust) - Sustainability and transition plans, targets and disclosures - Augmenting strategy and sustainability teams with AI We support both mature businesses and scale-ups (and their VC / PE owners), typically with 100–2,000 people and often in what we term "unsexy† but essential" industries (financial / service / infrastructure). We take on a small number of projects each year.
