We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead financial control, reporting, and governance across a large, complex international NGO operating in multiple countries. This is a senior role at the heart of the organisation, combining rigorous financial stewardship with a strong commitment to the humanitarian and development mission. The Role The Group Financial Controller will ensure the integrity, transparency, and effectiveness of financial management across the organisation. You will lead group-wide accounting and consolidation, strengthen internal controls, and support donor compliance, while working closely with senior leaders and country teams around the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a high-impact, international environment and who can balance technical excellence with collaboration and cultural sensitivity.
