Group Financial Controller Fareham / hybrid £70-80k A highly acquisitive and expanding services organisation is seeking to recruit a Qualified and experienced people manager to join their team as Group Financial Controller. This is a search for a proactive professional who can provide strong financial leadership, ensure robust governance, and support strategic decision-making across a multi-entity group. About the Role The Group Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation’s financial health and ensuring the integrity of all financial operations. Working closely with the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will oversee group-wide financial controls, reporting, compliance and manage the financial operations team (remotely). This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their experience and utilise their technical accounting skills in a dynamic environment. It would suit someone making their first move from professional practice at Manager level (with strong people management experience) or someone making their second move post practice, in a commercial business. Equally candidates who have worked for a similar sized business (£100m t/o) in a technical accounting role would be of interest.
