• At Evotix, we’re looking for a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting, controls, and statutory compliance across the UK, US, and Australia.

• In this role, you’ll be the CFO’s right hand—leading monthly close and consolidation, managing external audits, and ensuring SaaS revenue recognition (IFRS 15/ASC 606) is watertight. You’ll design and maintain robust controls, safeguard financial integrity, and make sure our books are always investor-ready.

• This is a hands-on role in a lean, ambitious finance team—perfect for someone with strong SaaS/tech experience who thrives in scale-up environments and wants to play a pivotal role in preparing a business for its next PE milestone.

• What You'll Do
• Lead the monthly/quarterly/annual close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Own group consolidations across UK, US, and AUS entities, including intercompany eliminations.
• Oversee revenue recognition in line with ASC606/IFRS15 and support SaaS ARR reconciliations.
• Manage external audit, tax advisors, and compliance filings.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff.
• Partner with FP&A on management reporting and Board packs.
• Drive process improvements and system automation (ERP, expense management, billing).
• What You Bring
• UK Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 7+ years PQE, including at least 2–3 years as a Controller or Senior Manager in a SaaS/software and PE-backed environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC606/IFRS15).
• Experience leading group consolidations with multiple international entities.
• Track record of managing audits and implementing strong financial controls.
• Strong systems background (ERP such as NetSuite/Intacct; exposure to Salesforce/Zuora a plus).
• Leadership skills: able to mentor and build a lean but high-performing team.
