Right now, we are looking for a Group Facilitator to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Notting Hill. Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role supports the day centre team in delivering a rolling activity programme, fostering a safe and engaging environment for service users. It involves creating and reviewing person-centered support plans using the recovery approach, facilitating access to medical and community services, and minimizing hospital admissions for mental health relapse. The role also includes developing interventions for hard-to-engage users, liaising with external agencies, and promoting ongoing user involvement with support networks.
