The role is responsible for driving organic revenue growth, enhancing tendering and pricing processes, and supporting portfolio Managing Directors (MDs) in improving profitability and market positioning.Reports to: CEOLocation: Office-basedKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement standardised tendering and bid processes across the portfolio.Lead high-value bids for key clients (e.g. NHS frameworks, local authorities) and the tendering process for new contracts and renewalsSupport MDs in pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.Identify opportunities to grow revenue organically within each business.Implement pricing models, margin tracking, and commercial performance metrics.Analyse market and competitor data to inform growth initiatives.Identify synergies and cross-selling opportunities between portfolio companies.Develop and roll out best practices for commercial operations across all subsidiaries.Track, forecast, and report pipeline activity to the CEO and MDs.Build out a small team of bid coordinators
