Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a large, complex, asset heavy Group business with their search for a senior interim to join the team and support their Senior Leadership Team during an exciting time of change. This is a highly technical and commercial role, ideally suited to a strong accountant with proven experience managing high value fixed assets and capital expenditure within a complex environment. Working closely with the SLT and group, you will take ownership of capital accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and financial control across a large, intricate asset base include preparing performance assessments and analytical reports and ensuring compliance. The position also supports third-party performance audits and will require effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will: Have demonstrable experience in a Capital Accountant or similar role within an asset-heavy organisation and will be confident managing large asset portfolios and complex capital projects.Have experience partnering with senior leadership at group level in an asset heavy environment.Possess strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.Be comfortable working in an interim, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
