Groundworker job opportunity

Are you an experienced Groundworker with a strong background in Heavy Civil Engineering and Concreting? We have an immediate opportunity for a skilled, reliable, and safety-conscious individual to join our team on a major project.

The Role:

We are looking for a specialist to undertake essential groundwork duties, with a specific focus on structural concreting and heavy civils tasks.

Experience Required:

• Proven, substantial experience as a Groundworker within Heavy Civil Engineering environments (e.g., major infrastructure, bridges, deep drainage).

• Expert-level skills in Concreting, including formwork, steel fixing (basic knowledge), pouring, finishing, and curing to high specifications.

• Proficiency in setting out, drainage, ducting, and general site duties.

• Competence in operating relevant plant/machinery (tickets a bonus, but not essential for this role).

Compensation & Start Date:

• Pay Rate: £20 per hour (CIS)

• Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from now.

• Duration: Long-term project work for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).

• Relevant experience must be verifiable.

• Must be punctual, highly motivated, and adhere strictly to all site health and safety regulations.

• Must have own PPE.
