Leading Gardening and Grounds Maintenance company, based in Wokingham, near Reading, seeks an experienced Gardener to join the team as a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, managing a range of sites in the surrounding area.

This is an autonomous role with clear individual responsibility and decision making.

You will be able to:

· Liaise with the clients to achieve positive outcomes

· Use your wealth of horticultural knowledge to maintain all sites to the highest of standards and solve problems

· Lead, train and empower members of the team.

A full driving licence is essential and PA1/PA6 is desirable

You will live within 10 miles of Wokingham
