We are currently looking to appoint a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a prominent Housing Association on a temporary-to-permanent contract.
This key field-based position covers the operational area encompassing Horndean, Petersfield, Ham Barn, and Liss.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: A confirmed salary of £26,200 once the position becomes permanent.
Mobility: A company van is supplied for all work-related travel.
About the Role
This hands-on role involves performing a range of technical service duties to deliver excellent quality and maintain the aesthetic appeal of our properties and estates.
Specialist Duties: You will be required to execute diverse landscaping maintenance tasks relating to the care of flora and fauna, trees, shrubs, and lawns.
Equipment Management: You will be responsible for the organized management and preparation of all necessary tools and equipment for grounds and building works before commencing any task.
Variety of Work: You may also be called upon to undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work.
Safety and Efficiency: You will work proficiently throughout your designated area, operating safely in adherence to all best practices to ensure superb customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a reliable professional who brings a history of practical experience and self-motivation to the role.
Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience within a professional landscaping or grounds maintenance environment.

Licence: A Full UK driving licence is mandatory for this mobile position.
