Description About the Role‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that We are looking for new team to join us as Facilities department.As a Grounds and Gardens Team member on our resort you will be ensuring that the grounds within the resort are maintained to the current high standards and will carry out effective garden maintenance including grass cutting, management and maintenance of shrubs, hedges, flower beds and trees. We will be looking for you to bring a high standard of presentation to the front of house areas and carry out a range of ground duties including litter clearance, as well as having the ability to be a hands-on part of the maintenance team. There may be other ad hoc duties you will be asked to perform outside of your normal day to day role within the gardens team. Normal Working hours: Hours could vary between 8.00am-6.00pm, The business is operational 7 days a week, where rest days can vary. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise The ideal candidate should have: - Full UK driver licence – Desirable - (age 21 for driving resort vehicles) - Have good communication skills - Confident to work on own initiative as necessary - Previous Grounds Maintenance/Gardening experience preferred but not essential Interested?
