We are start up in Saudi, now looking for an experienced Part-Time Government Relations Officer (GRO)/HR Consultant/Legal Advisor/Labour Law expert to support our Saudi operations. Responsibilities Guide us through all Saudi government requirements, compliance matters, and HR processes Experienced with MOC, MISA, Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Balady, Absher, Labour Law, and other government portals. Advise on Saudization requirements, exemptions, and quotas Guide us on permitted hiring structures under our Entrepreneur License. Advise on part-time, full-time, student trainees, and staff options. Advise on obligations and benefits related to the Entrepreneur License. Guide us through startup incentives, grants, and support programs. Advise whether we can hire and train Saudi university students, Including programs where the government pays their salaries for the first 6 months (Tamheer, HRDF, Nitaqat incentives). Help us register and access these programs. Support liaising with ministries, municipalities, telecom authorities, and industrial bodies.
