Our focus lies in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, and we’re seeking a designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping static image ads that blend creativity with conversion. // Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in static image ad creatives for Meta campaigns. The ideal candidate understands the balance between eye-catching visuals and performance marketing principles, with experience creating content that converts. // Responsibilities - Design static ad creatives for Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). - Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing (copy overlays, formats, colors, CTAs). - Ensure designs are optimized for performance while staying on-brand and visually engaging. - Adapt and repurpose content into different formats and sizes (feed, stories, reels covers, carousel, etc.). - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative angles and visual strategies. - Stay on top of design trends and platform-specific best practices. // Requirements - Proven experience in designing static ads for paid social campaigns. - Strong portfolio showcasing Meta ads, social-first content, and marketing visuals. - Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro). - Understanding of ad creative principles (hierarchy, color psychology, CTA placement). - Ability to work quickly, deliver multiple variations, and meet deadlines. - Eye for detail and a knack for creating visuals that feel both native and high-quality. // Nice to Have - Knowledge of ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance. - Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands. // What We Offer - Flexible remote work. - Competitive project-based or hourly compensation. - Opportunity to work with fast-growing brands and scale ad campaigns. - Creative freedom within a performance-driven framework.
