Job Description We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX sensibility to support a live consumer-facing web application. This role focuses on evaluating and improving the visual clarity, layout, and user experience across key user flows, particularly after login and during offer interactions. This is a hands-on role that requires using the platform as a real user to understand how design decisions impact usability, clarity, and conversion. Responsibilities Log into the web application and review the visual UI across key pages Start and review at least one offer flow to assess layout, clarity, and visual hierarchy Identify design-related friction, confusion, or inconsistency Evaluate typography, spacing, color usage, and CTA clarity Suggest visual or layout improvements to improve usability and trust Requirements Experience in graphic design, UI design, or digital product design Strong understanding of UX principles for web applications Comfortable navigating live platforms and user dashboards Ability to clearly articulate design feedback and recommendations Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools preferred During the interview, you should be prepared to discuss: Visual or layout issues you noticed after login Any confusing or cluttered sections of the UI How design could better guide users through the offer flow One visual improvement you would prioritize first You do not need to complete an offer.
