• This role supports our Sales and Marketing momentum during a transitional period. It’s not a full-time position, but the work is meaningful, visible, and collaborative.
• If you enjoy contributing excellent design work without the overhead of long-term role commitments, this may be a great fit.

• Who You Are

You’re someone who

• Brings 3+ years of professional experience in a graphic or digital design role, ideally with a marketing or agency environment
• Has a portfolio demonstrating consistent application of established brand guidelines
• Works efficiently with feedback and quick iteration cycles
• Communicates clearly in a remote, async environment
• Is reliable for short-term, deadline-driven requests
• What You'll Do at XWP
• Social media graphics and campaign assets
• Polishing and enhancing sales decks and presentations
• Light brand adaptation and layout work
• Occasional short-form video editing (nice to have, not required)
• Tools & Skills
• Figma (required)
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Experience designing for social platforms and presentations
• Basic video editing skills (bonus)
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility best practices
• Experience that helps
• Marketing or sales-enablement design experience
• B2B, SaaS, or agency background
• Remote freelance collaboration with globally distributed teams
