Your Missions

• Over the two-year self-directed programme, you’ll gain a unique insight into our industry. This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. 🎓 You’ll have a RTPI-accredited degree in

• Town Planning
• Urban Planning
• A related built environment discipline
• ✅ Ready to apply your learning to real projects that make a difference in how we live and work
• 🧠 Analytical and curious, with a keen eye for spatial design and policy detail
• 💬 A strong communicator – confident engaging with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

To join our Graduate Scheme

• 🇬🇧 You must be a UK sole national and a UK resident – this is required for the type of work we do
• 🔐 You’ll need to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance (some roles may require higher levels)
• 🚗 Be willing to relocate or travel within the UK – relocation support will be provided if needed
