About the Graduate Teaching Programme: The Graduate Teaching Programme provides graduates with the opportunity to work in a school setting while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into teacher training routes such as PGCE, School Direct, or SCITT. You will gain hands-on classroom experience, work closely with experienced teachers, and develop a strong understanding of teaching, behaviour management, and the day-to-day life of a school. The Role: Supporting teachers in the classroom across lessons Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to support learning Assisting with classroom management and engagement Helping prepare resources and support lesson delivery Gaining exposure to planning, assessment, and pastoral support The Ideal Candidate: A graduate in any subject (core subjects desirable but not essential) Passionate about education and working with young people Confident, enthusiastic, and reliable Considering a future career in teaching Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment? £90 per day, paid weekly <p
