The Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant In this rewarding role, you'll support students with additional learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You'll work closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group interventions for students with additional needs. Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Help track and record student progress, ensuring personalised support.
