This exciting company specialise in making all aspects of real estate strategy straightforward and cost-efficient, from searching and leasing to purchase, vision planning and fit-out.Graduate Interns will join the Real Estate Transaction team.The Graduate Surveyor Intern will work specifically within the following areas:Agency work for clients who wish to acquire, lease, purchase or sell propertyAccompanying clients and prospective purchasers on viewingsProducing marketing materialsNegotiation of property transactions including producing Heads of Terms and liaising with the client's legal advisorsValuation of propertyAdvising on Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewalsInspection and measurement of properties in London and throughout the UKProducing client reports and cash flow forecasts to aid client's real estate decisionsManaging client relationshipsManaging projects including monitoring timescalesGeneral market researchRequirementsReal Estate Related Degree EducatedDriven to build a career in Real Estate
