As a Graduate Nuclear Safety Case Engineer, you’ll support high-profile projects across the entire nuclear lifecycle - from new build and operations to decommissioning. You’ll help assess risks, develop safety justifications, and ensure compliance with the UK’s rigorous regulatory standards. In this role you will: Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and fault analyses Support the development of safety case documentation Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and regulators Apply deterministic and probabilistic assessment techniques Help define and justify safe, effective nuclear systems Your work will directly influence the safety of critical nuclear operations. From concept design to remediation strategy, you’ll contribute to decisions that matter. We are looking for candidates who: Have completed an undergraduate or master’s degree (engineering, physics, mathematics or a related numerate scientific discipline) level qualification in a relevant subject by summer 2026.
