You will be involved in
- Inspecting flats, houses, and small residential investment blocks across London and the South East
- Supporting valuation reports for lenders, investors, developers, and private clients
- Researching comparable evidence and understanding market trends

- Working closely with senior surveyors who will guide and mentor you
- This role is designed to help you build confidence, technical skills, and market knowledge quickly.

- A willingness to ask questions and learn on the job
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with data
- If your degree or placement experience has been more commercial-focused, that’s absolutely fine — we are happy to support your move into residential valuation.
