With expertise in short-term funding, senior debt and moderate LTV deals, the team is expanding rapidly and are on the search for a motivated Graduate Analyst to their team.This fantastic position is based in the heart of W1, Central London and offers ample career prospects and progression.Duties will include:Assess enquiries from brokers and borrowersConduct research on properties, comparables, cost plans and business appraisalsEvaluate financial viability and make recommendations to the credit committeePrepare indicative terms for dealsAttend borrower meetings and conduct detailed deal researchLiaise with brokers and borrowers to obtain necessary informationReassess deals based on updated informationPrepare presentations and internal loan book reviewsKey Requirements:Passion for property finance and a drive to succeedFinance / Business related Degree - essentialAnalytical and detail-oriented mindsetStrong numeracy, research and problem-solving skillsProficiency in tools like Costar, Companies House, Zoopla, and Rightmove are desirableThis is a great opportunity for a bright and driven Analyst to become part of a growing business with ambitious plans.
