• Job Description
• 🚀 This role will be suited to candidates within commuting distance of Bridgwater or willing to relocate, with support available.
• You will join a two-year graduate programme embedded within live nuclear construction projects.
• Your role supports site delivery, coordination, and construction management across critical project phases.
• 🏗️ Support day-to-day construction activities across a major nuclear site
• 📊 Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress
• 🛠️ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site management teams
• 📐 Support safe, compliant delivery of construction works on site
• 📁 Contribute to reporting, documentation, and site performance reviews
• 🔄 Engage in rotations to build broad construction management experience
• Qualifications
• 🎓 Degree in Construction Management or closely related discipline
• 🏗️ Strong interest in large-scale construction site environments
• 📊 Basic understanding of construction planning and sequencing
• 🛠️ Willingness to learn from on-site delivery teams
• 🤝 Clear communication and teamwork skills
• 📍 Flexibility to travel or relocate within the UK
• 🧠 Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
• 🔐 Ability to obtain UK security clearance
