Then we look forward to receiving your application to Bosch Rexroth AG.At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEM’s in industries such as material handling, construction and forestry machineryJob DescriptionYou will acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.Communicate with Sales / Customers to collate relevant dataAnalyse customer dataMake recommendations for improvementsCommunicate with Design where new motor variants are requiredParticipate in quality methods to determine failure root causePrepare technical reference documents (e.g. datasheets)Support the project manager and project team within new development projectsAssist with planning innovation pipelineAssist with defining requirements based on customer feedbackEnsure “voice of the customer” is present throughout product development processConduct market research and prepare analysesPrepare product roadmapsPrepare strategy documentsAssist with maintaining product configurator.Assist with product benchmark planning and reportingPrepare strategy documentsAssist with product lifecycle planningTimely completion of technical enquiries / deviationsQualificationsGood quality Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree. Experience of working within a multifunctional engineering company.  Able to demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills. Able to meet strict deadlines and produce clear and concise work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent MS Office capability and understanding. Additional InformationYour future job role offers you:A wide variety of interesting and challenging tasks.
