The Opportunity This isn't just a support role; it's a professional foundation. You will work specifically with Years 3-6, helping pupils master the transition from 'learning to read' to 'reading to learn.' You will: Lead small-group "Booster" sessions in Maths and SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar). Work 1:1 with pupils to build their confidence ahead of KS2 SATs. Be mentored by an experienced Year Lead, gaining insight into lesson planning and behavioural psychology. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) To maintain the high standards of this school's KS2 department, candidates must possess: Qualifications: A certified Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR a University Degree (ideally in Education, English, Maths, or Psychology).
