The Role This position supports the Local Third Party Officer in managing and maintaining the Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing framework. The role is varied, project focused and operations led, working across multiple stakeholders and handling sensitive information with tact and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Collate MI and produce reportingLiaise with senior stakeholders across the businessCoordinate with teams at all levels to deliver required outputsSchedule committees and meetings, take minutes and track actionsSupport ad hoc operations and COO workstreamsOwn project tasks, workstreams, agendas and meeting preparation Administration and Governance • Maintain governance submissions and documentation • Keep records and files up to date and audit ready • Prepare itineraries and programmes for internal meetings and visitors • Manage SharePoint content and build PowerPoint decks • Create, maintain and monitor service agreements in workflow tools • Update distribution lists and support managers with admin tasks Culture and Behaviours • Build strong, respectful and sustainable relationships • Demonstrate passion for the business and continuous improvement • Contribute to a culture of openness, curiosity and collaboration • Deliver consistently high client focused service Risk and Compliance • Support compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements <p
