Your new companyHays Accountancy & Finance are working with a leading manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit a Graduate Financial Analyst.Your new roleAs the Graduate Finance Analyst, supporting asset management, budgeting, and reporting. You'll maintain accurate records, produce insightful analysis, and assist with financial planning and compliance working as part of the finance function and with wider stakeholders.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a finance or accounting graduate with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI is a plus. You will already have some finance experience gained in a commercial environment and be keen to develop and progress your accounting and analytical skills. This role offers exposure to operational finance and cross-functional collaboration, with study support for CIMA or ACCA after probation.
