About the Role As a Graduate Finance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across a range of responsibilities. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider team to manage accounts receivable, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies.Prepayments & Accruals: Process and reconcile prepayments and accruals, supporting month-end and year-end close.Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform regular account reconciliations and assist in preparing financial reports.Month-End Support: Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial records.
