The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Graduate Finance Admin role on behalf of a Global Service business with offices in Milton Keynes The Role As Graduate Finance Admin you will will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the organisation's cash flow, banking operations, and treasury processes. This role ensures that all banking transactions are accurately processed, reconciled, and reported within Sage in a timely manner. Day to day duties will consist of: Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate funding for operational requirements.Prepare and process electronic payments, bank transfers, and direct debits.Download and reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.Investigate discrepancies between the bank account and promptly.Maintain accurate records of cash movements, investments, and loan schedules.Assist in cash flow forecasting and provide regular treasury reports.Support month-end and year-end financial close processes relating to treasury activities. Your Profile You will be a Recent Graduate ideally with a Mathematics, Economics or Accounting based Degree or a College Leaver having studied a similar course or AAT. You will have an interest in finance and numbers with strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred. This is an excellent first finance role which will be well supported and in a successful organisation. Salary and Benefits Role of Graduate Finance Admin is a Permanent Opportunity and working 5 days a week in the office in Milton Keynes.
