They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee estate agent to join their team in their Putney office.Main duties of the trainee estate agent include:Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedbackNegotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenantsIn return, my client is offering the Trainee Estate Agent the following:Personalised trainingProgression and incentivesHours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, every other Saturday If you are interested in this role, please apply today and we will contact all successful candidates within 48 hours
