An exciting opportunity has arisen for an analytically minded graduate to join a dedicated financial analytics team focused on developing advanced analytics and modelling capability to support treasury and liquidity-based work programmes. This is a highly commercial and growing function where you will play a key role in shaping analytical strategy, supporting decision-making, and enhancing Treasury insight across the organisation.This blended role offers exposure to advanced modelling, liquidity and interest rate risk analysis, and performance-driven analytics used by senior stakeholders throughout the business.We’re seeking exceptional graduates with strong academic backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines. Any prior analytical or commercial experience — including a placement year — will be highly valued.Analytical & Modelling ResponsibilitiesApply mathematical and statistical techniques to support business decision-making, forecast performance, and quantify uncertainty.Use data analysis and data mining to understand customer behaviour, revenue performance, and identify new commercial opportunities.Specify, implement, and maintain datasets to support statistical, scenario, and probability-based model development.Carry out detailed and well-documented analysis to support modelling, stress testing, and performance reviews.Present analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and provide actionable insights.Analyse liquidity exposures and produce cashflow forecasts to monitor key liquidity and interest rate risk metrics.Contribute to stress testing, scenario analysis, and cashflow modelling exercises.Prepare management information and reporting for senior stakeholders, including Treasury and risk committees.Skills & ExperienceE
